Copper futures fell 0.14% to Rs 326.85 per kg today as speculators trimmed positions amid low demand at the domsestic spot markets.
At Multi Commodity Exchange, copper for delivery in November declined 45 paise or 0.14% to Rs 326.85 per kg in a business turnover of 37 lots.
The metal for delivery in current month shed 40 paise or 0.12% to Rs 320.25 per kg in a business volume of 658 lots.
They said, however, strength in base metals at the London Metal Exchange (LME), as sign of economic resilience in Germany and the US outweighed demand concerns from China, capped the losses.

Analysts said the fall in copper prices at futures trade was mostly attributed to offloading of positions by speculators coupled with subdued spot demand.
