Traders said sentiments remained bearish as industrial metals declined in global markets after an official gauge showed China's factory activity at a three-year low, underscoring weakening demand in the world's biggest consumer.
Meanwhile, nickel dropped 3 per cent to USD 9,760 a metric tonne on the London Metal Exchange.
In the national capital, copper mixed scrap and nickel plate (4x4) fell by Rs 2 and Rs 5 to Rs 358 and Rs 910-915 per kg, respectively.
