Copper recovers on scattered buying

Copper prices recovered by Rs 2 per kg at the non-ferrous metal market today on scattered buying by stockists following uptick in demand from consuming industries.

Traders said some stockists following pick up in demand from consuming industries at domestic spot market led to the rise in copper prices.

In the national capital, copper mixed scrap traded higher by Rs 2 to Rs 425 per kg.
