Copper remains weak on low industrial demand

Copper prices fell further Rs 2 per kg at the non-ferrous metal market today due to low demand from consuming industries.
Traders said subdued demand from consuming industries amid a weak global trend mainly kept pressure on copper prices.
In the national capital, copper mixed scrap fell further by Rs 2 to Rs 346 per kg.
Following are today's metal rates (in Rs per kg):
Zinc ingot Rs 102-108, Nickel plate (4x4) Rs 898-903, Gun metal scrap Rs 227, Bell metal scrap Rs 229, Copper mixed scrap Rs 346, Chadri deshi Rs 285.
Lead ingot Rs 96, Lead imported Rs 97, Aluminium ingots Rs 150, Aluminium sheet cutting Rs 151, Aluminium wire scrap Rs 153 and Aluminium utensils scrap Rs 150.
