Elsewhere, brass utensils scrap, copper scrap heavy and copper armature also eased on subdued offtake from industrial users.
Meanwhile, zinc and aluminium utensils scrap edged up on modest buying from stockists.
The industrial metals were trading almost steady at the LME, after China factory data showed growth slowed more than expected in September and as a week-long holiday there got underway, while a funding deadlock in the US kept traders on edge.
Copper sheet cutting fell by Rs 8 per kg to Rs 484 from Monday's closing level of Rs 492.
Copper scrap heavy and copper armature softened by Re 1 per kg each to Rs 502 and Rs 492, respectively.
However, zinc gained by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 162 from Rs 160 and aluminium utensils inched-up by Re 1 per kg to Rs 123.
