Traders said, besides easing demand from consuming industries, a weak trend overseas as inventories in LME warehouses jumped and the dollar steadied at higher levels, mainly weighed on copper prices.
Globally, copper for delivery in three-month delivery ended 1.21 per cent lower at USD 6,668 per tonne on the London Metal Exchange yesterday.
In the national capital, copper mixed scrap shed Rs 2 to Rs 363 per kg.
