In restricted activity, copra prices fell by Rs 100 per quintal at the wholesale dry fruits market in the national capital today owing to slackened demand from retailers.
However, other dry fruits moved in a narrow range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said muted demand against sufficient stocks mainly led to decline in copra prices.
Copra slipped by Rs 100 to Rs 12,900-15,900 per quintal.
Following are today's quotations (per 40 kgs):
Almond (California) Rs 19,400, Almond (Gurbandi-new) Rs 10,000-10,100; Almond (Girdhi) Rs 6,700-7,000; Abjosh Afghani Rs 7,000-19,500.
