Copra edible declines on subdued demand

Copra edible Mumbai fell by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 5,200 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 5,300.

The following are today's closing rates in rupees with previous rates in brackets:

Black pepper (per kg) 435/460 (435/460), ginger bleached (per kg) 120 (120), ginger unbleached (per kg) 130 (130), copra office Alapuzha (per quintal) 4,300 (4,300), copra office Kozhikode (per quintal) 4,200 (4,200), copra Rajapur Mumbai (per quintal) 7,000 (7,000) and copra edible Mumbai (per quintal) 5,200 (5,300).
