Copra edible rallies on sustained demand

Copra edible Mumbai rallied smartly at the spices market here on sustained demand from stockists and retailers.
Copra office Allpuza and Copra office Kozhikode also firmed up owing to good export offtake.
Rest all other spices ruled stable in the absence of any major buying.
Copra edible Mumbai surged by Rs 500 per quintal to Rs 14,000 from monday's closing level of Rs 13,500.
Copra office Allapuza and Copra office Kozhikode gained by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 10,900 and Rs 10,800 as against Rs 10,800 and Rs 10,700 previously.

Black pepper (per kg) 765/815 (765/815), ginger bleached (per kg) 320 (320), ginger unbleached (per kg) 340 (340), copra office Alapuzha (per quintal) 10,900 (10,800), copra office Kozhikode (per quintal) 10,800 (10,700), copra Rajapur Mumbai (per quintal) 20,000 (20,000), Copra edible Mumbai (per quintal) 14,000 (13,500).
