Copra edible recovers in lacklustre trade

Copra edible prices recovered smartly in an otherwise lacklustre spices market here today due to renewed offtake by stockists and millers on the back of ample supplies.
Copra edible climbed by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 12,200 from overnight closing level of Rs 12,100.

Black pepper (per kg) 575/700 (575/700), ginger bleached (per kg) 240 (240), ginger unbleached (per kg) 260 (260), copra office Alapuzha (per quintal) 10,300 (10,300), copra office Kozhikode (per quintal) 10,200 (10,200), copra Rajapur Mumbai (per quintal) 17,000 (17,000), copra edible Mumbai (per quintal) 12,200 (12,100).
