Coriander and jeera prices went up by Rs 100 per quintal in the national capital today largely on the back of a pick-up in demand from local parties and overseas enquiries.
Coriander prices went up by Rs 100 to settle at Rs 11,800-16,800 per quintal.
Jeera common and jeera best quality also rose by Rs 100 each to conclude at Rs 16,100-16,600 and Rs 20,100-20,600 per quintal.
Traders said buying support from retailers and stockists amid rising export demand mainly pushed up coriander and jeera prices at the wholesale kirana market here.
