Coriander and turmeric prices rose by Rs 100 per quintal in the national capital today on the back of fall in supplies from producing belts against fresh buying by retailers and stockists amid low stocks.
Coriander and turmeric prices rose by Rs 100 each to conclude at Rs 9,700-17,200 and Rs 7,000-11,600 per quintal, respectively.
Traders said buying support from retailers and stockists against fall in supplies from producing belts mainly pushed up coriander and turmeric prices on the wholesale kirana market here.
