Cosmo Films Q3 net jumps over six folds to Rs 33 cr

Packaging and laminating solutions firm Cosmo Films reported over 6-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 32.93 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015-16.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 5.01 crore in the year-ago period.
Cosmo Films' total income from operation was also up 7.83 per cent to Rs 389.26 crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal, as against Rs 360.99 crore in same period of 2014-15 fiscal.
The company's stock was trading 7.15 per cent up at Rs 298.40 on the BSE.
