Businessman Vineeth lalani and Congress leader-cum- businessman Dilip Mohanty, arrested yesterday, were produced before the special court judge P L Satpathy.
He allowed the investigative agency to take the duo on remand and re-produce them in the court on November 13.
The special court judge did not hear the bail petitions of the duo.
Lalani and Mohanty were arrested by the CBI on charge of having links with the 'Artha Tatwa' Group CMD Pradip Sethy, presently incarcerated after being held in the multi-crore chit fund scam in Odisha.
