Metropolitan Magistrate Harvinder Singh passed the order while granting the politicians exemption from personal appearance for the day after he was told that the accused could not appear due to other engagements.
During the proceedings, other AAP leaders -- Rakhi Birla, Somnath Bharti and Ashutosh -- appeared before the court, which fixed the matter for further hearing on December 12.
Kejriwal and other leaders had staged a 'dharna' outside the Rail Bhavan here.
They were chargesheeted by the police for allegedly violating prohibitory orders under Section 144 of CrPC and obstructing public servants in discharge of their official duty.
