According to the sources, Additional Sessions Judge Vikash Dhull passed the order on an plea filed by the politician.
Earlier, her application seeking discharge was dismissed by a magisterial court. Thereafter, she had approached the sessions court.
The complaint was filed under 125A of Representation of People's Act (dealing with penalty for filing false affidavit).
Complainant Samarendra Nath Verma said that he will approach the higher court against today's order.
Earlier, the court had summoned Bhavna on the the complaint after finding that there were prima facie sufficient grounds to proceed against her.

The offence under Section 125A of the Act entails a jail term of up to six months or fine or both.
