Metropolitan Magistrate Harvinder Singh rejected the application filed by Pandit Narender Sharma, a social worker, observing that the politician and other AAP members, against whom the plea was filed, were already facing separate cases for most of the offences alleged by the complainant.
In its order, the court held that no substantial interest and harm was caused to Sharma and nothing cognisable was found in the complaint.
Sharma had sought court's direction for registering an FIR against Kejriwal and three other party leaders.
