Court frames charges against 3 in Vicky Tyagi murder case

A local court today framed charges against Sagar Malik and two other persons in the Vicky Tyagi murder case.
Additional District Sessions Judge D C Singh framed charges against Malik, Brijbir Singh and Saeed Mulla under various sections, including 302 (murder), of the IPC.
Brijbir and Saeed attended the hearing through video conferencing from a jail, according to prosecution lawyer Jitender Tyagi.
The court will next hear the case on August 17, he said.
Vicky, a gangster, was gunned down by a shooter during a court hearing in another case here in February 2015.
The shooter, Malik, was arrested from the spot while Brijbir was nabbed the next day.

The Uttar Pradesh government had handed over the probe into the murder to the CB-CID in November last year.
