The court on Tuesday also pulled up the counsel of Khan for seeking time since past two hearings.
Chief Judicial Magistrate Dalpat Singh Rajpurohit had taken the statements of Khan on record on March 10 on his appearance in the court for recording of the accused statements, to which he had pleaded innocence.
"On this, the court had given him an opportunity to produce evidence or witness in support of his plea of innocence on April 4", said Mahipal Bishnoi, one of the prosecution counsel.
"Since then, the court has given him two opportunities but he failed to produce any evidence or witness in order to prove his innocence in the court", Bishnoi said.
