In-charge Magistrate Jyoti Prakash handed over the girl to her parents after her statement was recorded.
Earlier in the day, the girl alleged rape by two unnamed youths in her statement recorded by another Judicial Magistrate Khushbu Shrivastava in the court.
The girl, a student of DAV Public School at BSEB Colony here, said in her statement that after failing to meet a teacher who had promised her to get her admit card for class 12 examination despite failing in class 11, she left the school for CBSE office, went to a temple from there and sat there for hours.
They ultimately dropped her at Gandhi Maidan here on March 19 from where she went to Patna rail station and was found by the police on tip-off provided by one of her acquaintances.

The girl had gone to school along with her father to pay her class 12 fees on February 28, went inside with Rs 62,000 in her bag to deposit it but soon came out and handed it back to her father.
Three teachers of the school were sent to jail yesterday on the charge of trapping her in a racket to fleece money for letting her appear in 12th board examination despite failing in class 11th.
On March 18, when the girl was untraced, Bihar Human Rights Commission (BHRC) took suo motu cognizance of the disappearance and directed the Patna Senior Superintendent of Police to file a progress report in the case within a week.
