The Court of Appeal in Sri Lanka has stopped the election in the national cricket board, SLC, scheduled for tomorrow.
A three-member Appeals Court bench issued the order holding up the election until June 14 in response to a petition filed by Nishantha Ranatunga against the incumbent Thilanga Sumathipala.
Ranatunga had claimed Sumathipala was not suitable to hold the SLC president's position
