"Bloomsbury Publishing is pleased to reveal the cover of 'Forest Dark', the new novel by National Book Award and Orange Prize finalist, Nicole Krauss," the publishing house said in a statement.
The story interweaves the tales of two disparate individuals - an older lawyer and a young novelist - whose transcendental search leads them to the same Israeli desert.
The book which left fellow American writer and US National Book Award winner Philip Roth, "full of admiration", comes after Krauss' "Great House" that was published in 2010.
Krauss has also penned two other novels titled, "Man Walks into a Room" (2002), and "The History of Love: A Novel" (2005).
"Forest Dark" is set to be published in August this year in India and UK.
