CPI(M) secretary Rakesh Singha, Deputy Mayor of Shimla Municipal Corporation Tikender Panwar and senior party leader Kuldeep Tanwar figure in the list.
The party has decided to field Kuldeep Singh Tanwar from Kusumpti from where Khushi Ram Balnatah, a sitting BJP MLA, who resigned from the party today is also a strong contender.
