After its two-day state committee meeting, a press release issued by the party said several programmes for agitation have been finalised to protest against various government policies in the interest of the people.
The party would organise a month-long campaign in August demanding food security and to ask for a better Public Distribution System for all, irrespective of APL and BPL, it said.
The four left parties CPI(M), CPI, Forward Bloc and RSP would also stage a sit-in a dharna from July 30 till August 3 in Delhi in support of their various demands.
CPI(M) state secretary Biman Bose said besides their demands on central and state level, workers have been asked to strengthen their movement against anti-people policies and spread the party's awareness campaign statewide.
