The move was part of the party's pan-India call to picket at government offices.
Demonstrators assembled at Mazri Chowk in Panchkula, near here, and took out a procession which included several women, a party release said here.
Party workers entered the mini-secretariat and occupied the main entrance raising slogans in favour of their long pending issues including food security, right to health and education, inclusion of all poor families in the BPL list and others, the release said.
He also condemned the Hooda government for allegedly suppressing all genuine protests, using the police.
The blockade was later lifted with the intervention of the area Sub Divisional Magistrate.
