Twenty three buses were also impounded during the drive.
"The enforcement team has challaned 103 buses today," officials said.
Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde had yesterday announced that a drive will be launched to ensure removal of tinted glasses and curtains from buses and against permit violations.
