Credai Bengal Realty Expo 2016 launched in the city

Credai Bengal, the state chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (CREDAI) and the apex body for private real estate developers in India, today launched its 9th Edition of the Realty Expo 2016.
Inaugurating the property show, Mayor of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, Sovan Chatterjee expressed hope that it would help both the investors and buyers in real estate sector.
The annual property fair offers the best deals to book one's Dream property in commercial and residential genre, organisers said.
The expo, which brings 40 eminent builders under one roof, would continue till November 13 offering display of products and best service deal to customers.

The organisers also aim to promote the efforts it took towards the new regulation of price based on built-up area for the benefits of the buyers along with the implementation of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency).
Besides working for the development of infrastructure, the builders would focus on affordable housing and provide new facility to transfer plots in Salt Lake, organisers said.

Credai Bengal's objective is to enhance real estate market scenario in areas like Rajarhat and New Town.
It aims to work on the real estates in unused Industrial and Government properties, which could enhance a new dimension in PPP model.

Further, Credai Bengal also aimed to promote development and growth of South East Kolkata and South West Kolkata along with fast track completion of flyovers etc.
