"The scene of the crime had been heavily dressed up. The bed, on which Aarushi's body was found. Didn't have a single crease on it," special CBI prosecutor R K Sani said.
CBI also argued that as per the service provider, Internet router activity was switched on and off on the night of crime, which shows that the "Talwars were awake and using Internet, and they knew about happenings in Aarushi's room."
As per CBI's theory, Aarushi had a physical relationship with Hemraj, and Nupur had cleaned up her private parts to hide this fact.
Saini said Dr Sunil Dohre, who had conducted Aarushi's post-mortem and concluded that she had a physical relationship on the night of her murder, was "pressurised" for not mentioning this in his post-mortem report.

"Similarly, Hemraj's DNA extracted from blood-stained palm print also matched with DNA taken from this bottle," Saini said, asserting that these observations support CBI's theory that the killer of Aarushi and Hemraj was not an outsider.
