CRPF jawan resists robbery bid, shot at

A CRPF jawan was shot at and injured allegedly by three youth today after he resisted their attempt to rob him in Sultanpur district of Uttar Pradesh.
The three motorcycle-borne youth tried to loot Arvind Kumar Yadav and later opened fire at him when he resisted their bid in Piparpur area of the district, police said.
Yadav sustained bullet injury in his hand and was rushed to a hospital. An FIR has been registered and police is investigating the case.
