"When it came to our notice, we gave money and kitchen items to the family," CRPF commandants Rajiv Ranjan and Mritinjay Kumar said.
The commandants, who man different units in Latehar, donated Rs 5,100 each, besides some kitchen items.
Garu police station in-charge Sujit Kumar also gave the same amount to the girl's father, a priest in a local temple.
Marriage has been fixed on June 28.
"We have always helped the poor and the needy whenever necessary," CRPF DIG B K Sharma said.
The CRPF have pitched camps in the areas to fight the left-wing guerrillas.
