CSS Corp Executive Vice-President and Chief Delivery Officer (Global) Raj Reddy exchanged documents with ICTACT Chief Executive Officer,M Sivakumar at a function held here, Chennai-based CSS Corp said in a statement.
"Students will be trained on both soft skills and technical skills and will be periodically assessed on knowledge, skill and other abilities required for employment. This will hugely benefit the final year students in and around city and 500 students are expected to be trained by June 2014," Raj Reddy said.
"ICTACT will collaborate with CSS Corp to create the right platform to train and select the best talent from academia. We will support, promote and create awareness about the programme in colleges," Sivakumar said.
Meanwhile in another statement, ICTACT invited nominations for the Best Techno Faculty, Best Techno Teach and Entrepreneurs Awards 2014.

The Best Techno Faculty Award(for higher education), Best Techno Teacher Award (for School Education) and Best Upcoming Entrepreneur Award would be presented at the 13th edition of ICTACT Bridge 2014 scheduled to be held next month in Chennai.
Students, who passed out after 2009 and have started a business with effective element in the business, would be considered for the award, ICTACT CEO M Shivakumar said.
