Curfew was clamped in the town on Tuesday after some VHP activists burnt terror outfit IS's flag, leading to protests by minority groups who said that the flag bore religious scripture.

She said that the situation was fast returning to normal in the town and the authorities would take the decision to completely lift the curfew as soon the situation becomes fully normal.
