CustomFurnish.Com raises Rs 30 cr from Agnus Capital

CustomFurnish.Com has raised Rs 30 crore in funding from a Bengaluru-based family office, Agnus Capital.

This is the second round of funding raised by the Hyderabad-based furniture e-tailer. The company is promoted by Madhukar Gangadi, founder of e-pharmacy MedPlusmart.Com.

"We plan to use the funds for upgrading the technology base and strengthening our logistics to reach a wider customer-base across the country", Gangadi, the founder and CEO of CustomFurnish.Com said today.

O3 Capital was the sole advisor for this transaction.

Previously, CustomFurnish.Com had raised Rs 16 crore from a group that includes Satish Reddy (Chairman of Dr Reddy's Laboratories), Srini Raju (Founder, Peepul Capital), and Srini Koppolu (Founder, Hyderabad Angels), among others.

CustomFurnish.Com offers its services in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. It plans to expand its presence to the four metros.

The company operates three manufacturing facilities in Hyderabad from where it manufactures kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, sofas and custom curtains.
