Cybercafe owner arrested for allegedly raping minor girl

A minor girl was allegedly raped by a cybercafe owner in the main market area, the police said here today.
The victim alleged that the cybercafe owner, identified as Ravi Sankhla, lured her and raped her nearly 24 times, they said, adding the girl lives in hostel.
"Sankhla has been arrested under Sections 376, 342 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and also under the Prevention of Children under Sexual Offences Act (POCSO)," Kotwali police station in-charge, N S Sengar told reporters.
The matter came to light after the girl approached the police.
Earlier, the police had raided the cybercafe on a number of occasions for allegedly indulging in "illegal acts".
