Cyclone Helen claimed four lives and 19 animals died, while 70,303 people in 96 villages were affected, she said in a statement here.
Crops worth Rs 994.26 lakh were damaged and 3,300 people staying in low-lying areas have been shifted to 17 relief camps, she said.
Meanwhile, the National Disaster Management Commissioner said Andhra Pradesh would face another cyclone called 'Leher' by November 28 evening, when it expected to cross Machilipatnam-Kalingapatnam.
The cyclone is expected to touch the port city of Kakinada on November 28 evening, she said, advising fishermen not to venture into the sea.
