The foundation is a sister organisation of the World Economic Forum (WEF).
The award was presented here in the presence of Power and Coal Minister Piyush Goyal and others.
As per government estimates, homes generate about 75 per cent of all organic waste produced in urban India.
Daily Dump has brought together design thinking, traditional pottery and the science of composting to develop over 50 aesthetic products and services that enable urban Indians to compost their waste at home, WEF said in a statement.
Shobhana Bhartia, Chairperson and Editorial Director of HT Media, Rohini Nilekani, Chairperson of Arghyam Foundation, Hilde Schwab, Chairperson and Co-Founder of Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, Sudha Pillai Board Member of Jubilant Life Sciences, Anshu Gupta, Founder and Director of Goonj, were among the judges.
