Raising the issue of death of four Dalits in Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh, BSP today disrupted Parliament proceedings demanding President's rule in the Samajwadi Party ruled state.
Members from the party trooped in the Well of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha shouting slogans against the Akhilesh Yadav government.
BSP members had stormed the Well in both Houses in the morning too as soon as the sitting began. The Houses were adjourned till noon over this and other issues.
In the Rajya Sabha, BSP members led by Brajesh Pathak trooped in the Well again in Zero Hour demanding the dismissal of the UP government and imposition of President Rule there.
They shouted slogans like "Daliton par atyachar band karo (stop atrocities on Dalits) and Dalit hatyari sarkar murdabad and "Impose President's rule in UP".
SP members remained seated in their place most of time. Party MP Naresh Agrawal was, however, seen standing and trying to counter the BSP attack.
The protests erupted after the bodies of four Dalit farmers, missing since April 30, were found in a field in Moradabad today.
