According to FIR lodged by the victim's brother, the three accused, belonging to Tyagi community, allegedly took 24-year-old Govind to a secluded area and started assaulting him. Later, they forced him to consume human faeces.
The accused also claimed that the youth was suspected to be involved in a theft and they were questioning him.
On the intervention of a senior police officer, a case was registered yesterday against three people belonging to an upper class and arrested two accused - Lovkush Tyagi and Vinod Tyagi - in this connection, according to the SP city Sarvan Kumar.
