Damon Albarn denies feud reports with Adele

Damon Albarn received severe backlash on social media after his comments on Adele in which he called her insecure, but the Blur frontman says there are no issues between him and the Oscar-winning singer.
The 47-year-old English singer alleged feud stemmed from his statement where he called Adele, 27, "insecure," reported Aceshowbiz.
In response to which the "Skyfall" singer said, "It ended up being one of those 'don't meet your idol' moments. And the saddest thing was that I was such a big Blur fan growing up. But it was sad, and I regret hanging out with him. None of it was right. None of it suited my record."

Denying and slamming the reports of the feud Albarn said, "It's not even true. It's amazing how people will run with stuff that has no credence whatsoever and turn it into something and then watch the reaction."
"People were not kind, it was... Enlightening. I'm used to it. Listen, I'm here because I love writing music and it's a privilege. I was number five on Twitter yesterday. I mean, how pathetic is that?," he said on the reaction received on social media after his comment.
