Danve takes dig at NCP's 'hullabol' protest

Maharashtra BJP unit president Raosaheb Danve today said the NCP held the "hullabol" protest in Nagpur out of its "desperation and helplessness" to stay politically relevant.
The Sharad Pawar-led party held the protest in Nagpur against the state government's "failure" to implement the farm loan waiver which was announced in June this year.
NCP chief Sharad Pawar's daughter and MP Supriya Sule and many top NCP leaders took out a march yesterday.
Winter session of the Maharashtra legislature is currently going on in Nagpur.
"The 'hullabol' morcha was taken out of helplessness and desperation of the NCP," Danve told reporters here.

He claimed the loan waiver amount has been credited in bank accounts of 90,000 farmes in the state so far.
Responding to a query on the outcome of Gujarat polls, campaigning for which ended today, Danve said the ruling BJP will not only retain power but will win more than 150 seats out of total 182.
