Day temperatures rise in UP, weather to remain dry

Weather was dry throughout the state, as day temperature considerably rose in Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Faizabad, Allahabad, Bareilly and Agra.
According to the MeT, the highest maximum temperature was recorded at Banda, where mercury touched 42.2 degrees Celsius.
In its forecast, MeT said that weather is most likely to remain dry over the state in next three days.
