"Apart from an interactive website, we are working on public-oriented mobile phone-based services to impart civic services to people. Among other services, it will also include a public grievance cell," Director, Systems at DDA, V S Tomar, told PTI.
Lt Governor Najeeb Jung today held a review meet in which DDA's restructuring plan and a roadmap for computerising all operations of the urban body were also discussed.
"The mobile-phone based services were also discussed in the meet. The plan is to digitise all our documents and let the services be available to people on their mobiles," Tomar said.
Four key locations Vikas Sadan, Vikas Minar, Dwarka and Rohini have been identified for core-service delivery.

The process of computerisation of DDA, according to the plan, shall be initiated in November and is expected to be completed by September next year.
