Decision on teachers recruitment after SC decision on SLP:Govt

Ruling BJP government today assured the House that the result of Punjabi language teachers, who went through recruitment examination 2012, would be declared after the Supreme Court's decision where an SLP was pending.
Replying to an issue raised by BJP MLA Shimla Bawari, the Panchayati Raj Minister Surendra Goyal told the house that examination for 136 posts of Punjabi language teachers in Srigangangar and 85 posts in Hanumangarh was held but a few of the students had moved to the Supreme Court with the Special Leave Petition.
Till the SC disposes off the SLP, the result cannot be announced, Goyal said, adding after the SC decision the result would be taken up.
On an another issue of police lathicharge on advocates in Alwar recently which was raised by a Congress MLA Shakuntla Rawat, the Home Minister G C Kataria said the Divisional Commissioner was already probing the case.
Kataria however claimed that crime in Alwar district had declined in 2014 as compared to 2013 (Congress rule).
As against 115 murders reported in 2013, there were only 104 murders, he added.
