"I will make a decision over the not-too-distant future," Trump told CBN News while responding to a question on his election promise of moving the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.
"It's important for evangelicals. Are you committed to doing that?" he was asked.
"Well, I'm looking at it, we are setting it. We are studying it very, very long and hard. You know, it's a very big decision because every President for the last number of presidents, large number, they have commented they were going to do it and then all of a sudden, they decide they don't want to get involved," he said.
Asked if there were good chances of shifting the Embassy, he said, "Well, there is certainly a chance of it. Absolutely. But we are doing very detailed studies on that and it will come out very soon. I hate to do that because that is not usually me, studies.
