The government is in a state of indecisiveness on the issue, UP BJP chief Laxmi Kant Bajpai told reporters here.
"This government is not concerned about farmers," he said adding a meeting of the party's core committee was held today to discuss the matter.
Bajpai said farmers should get sugarcane price at the rate of Rs 400 per quintal.
"The BJP will force the government to declare the cane price, otherwise it will stall the House," he said.
Bajpai said the core committee meeting also reviewed ongoing organisational polls of the party in the state.
