Delegation from Commonwealth countries visits SDMC

A delegation of members representing municipal bodies in the Commonwealth countries today visited the SDMC headquarters at the Civic Centre here as part of an exposure visit to Delhi.
During the visit, the delegation was told about the structure, programmes and functioning of SDMC.
The members of the delegation showed a keen interest in the welfare schemes of the municipal body and also inquired about its e-governance and revenue collection services, SDMC said in a statement here.
