"The maximum temperature was recorded at 28 degrees Celsius, a notch below normal, while the minimum settled at 10.5 degrees Celsius, two notches below normal," a MeT official said.
The day also witnessed slight fog in the morning after which Delhi'ites witnessed a clear sky.
The relative humidity level oscillated between 42 and 81 per cent.
The weatherman has predicted a clear day tomorrow with maximum temperature expected to hover around 29 degrees Celsius, while the minimum is likely to remain at around 10 degrees Celsius.
