Delhi airport suspends sale of entry tickets for visitors

Sale of entry tickets for visitors will remain suspended at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here.
Considering the present security scenario Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) has issued an advisory for all Indian airports banning the entry of visitors and sale of entry tickets.
In an release today, DIAL said the sale of entry tickets for visitors would remain suspended till further notice at the airport here.
Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) operates the Delhi airport.
"Due to enhanced security measures and to avoid inconvenience and last minute rush, it is advised that the domestic passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to the departure and International passengers arrive at least three hours prior to the departure," the release said.
In the wake of rising terror concerns, security has been beefed up at airports and many other places.
DIAL is a joint venture between GMR Group, Airports Authority of India and Germany's Fraport.
