"With the (Delhi) High Court order, tariff at Delhi Airport will remain at current levels till the time DIAL's appeal is decided upon by AERAAT (Airports Economic Regulatory Authority Appellate Tribunal)," the company said in a filing to the exchanges.
The High Court order, dated January 22, 2015, had issued directions that the current aeronautical tariffs for DIAL determined for the First Control Period remain in effect until appeal against AERA tariff determination is disposed of by AERAAT, the company said.
The first 5-year tariff fixation period for Delhi airport ends on March 31.
AERA has proposed a 78.4 per cent reduction in airport charges at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here, applicable from February 1, according to a consultation paper circulated by it late last month.

AERA, however, said the implementation of the proposal will be done once the Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) submits fresh rate slabs for its approval.
DIAL is a joint venture between the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and GMR group with 26 per cent and 74 per cent holding, respectively.
The process will include consideration of responses to AERA's consultation paper from DIAL and other stakeholders, it added.
