Delhi BJP slams AAP

Attacking the Aam Aadmi Party government, Delhi BJP today posed five questions to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and sought action against his party MLAs involved in several cases.
BJP's move comes a day after AAP's Kundli MLA Manoj Kumar was arrested in connection with a cheating and land grabbing case.
Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay asked Kejriwal why his party's internal lokpal did not take note of Manoj's case earlier despite the fact that he was named in the FIR registered in May last year.
"Several AAP MLAs, including Assembly Speaker Ram Niwas Goel, are involved in various cases, but AAP's internal lokpal has not taken any action against them," Upadhyay said.

The BJP also sought to know if AAP's internal lokpal had inquired into Manoj Kumar's matter earlier.
"Has Kejriwal asked former law minister Jitendra Singh Tomar and Manoj Kumar to quit from Assembly as he had said that AAP would withdraw any candidate MLA against whom nefarious charge comes out ?

"We also want to know whether the Delhi CM will now ask internal lokpal to inquire against all MLAs accused of bogus degrees and corruption etc. And take action against them," Upadhyay said.
BJP sought to know if Kejriwal had ask Delhi Police to arrest MLAs Akhilesh Tripathi and Sanjeev Jha who started "anarchy" phase and Promila Tokas who is accused of "assaulting and abusing" a scheduled caste woman.

Upahdyay said the appointment of 21 Parliamentary Secretaries by the government is "illegal" and BJP is exploring the option to move court against the Chief Minister's decision.
